Services Offered
Psychotherapy
Individual Psychotherapy

Couples Therapy
Both members of a couple meet, usually together, with a mental health professional, to work on relationship issues that are affecting emotional well-being.
Two or more family members meet with a therapist to talk about problems and solutions in any area of family life.
Group Therapy
An ongoing group for adults, led by a psychologist, with a focus on the development of skills for connecting with others, and deepening emotional intimacy of current relationships.
EMDR is a structured information processing therapy that uses an eight-phase approach to help clients process traumatic experiences.
The use of planned suggestions to help a client experience clinically useful changes in subjective experience, alterations in perception, sensation, emotion, thought or behavior.
Other Services
Often called "testing," assessment uses scientific techniques to identify a person's strengths and problem areas.
Expert Testimony
Courts have recognized several Horizons staff as experts in criminal and civil matters, offering their opinions about relevant psychological issues.
Consultation
Discussions with a psychologist concerning psychological issues that are relevant to helping an individual or an organization achieve its goals.
